CONDITIONS

I Sales Conditions.

1.Reservation
Reservation is necessary to take advantage of our services and must be made at least 48 hours in advance.
We will confirm all reservations at least 12 hours before your departure.

2.Fees
Our fees are fixed tax-included flat fares.
They include at least:
- A personalised reception
- 2 items of luggage that the vehicle may carry per passenger (if more please inform us in advance)
- 60 minutes flight delay, beyond which a €10 additional fee will be charged
- Unscheduled car park fees and tolls will be charged to the client.

3.Payment.
Several payment modes are available:
- Credit card or American express (please inform us);
- Cheque in Euros clearable in a French bank payable to SARL DM Consulting/elyseecars;
- Bank transfer (please contact us)

4.Meeting point
At the airport, you shall be expected by your appointed chauffeur who will be carrying a signboard with your name inscribed at the exit gate immediately after the luggage collection area.
At the railway station the chauffeur will expect you at the end of the platform.
Please inform us if you do not wish to see your named inscribed on the signboard so your chauffeur may simply display a ELYSEECARS signboard.

If you cannot identify your chauffeur please call our service desk at +33 (0)1 46 34 20 86.

5.Cancellations
Reservations may be cancelled free of charge 24 h before departure. If the cancellation occurs under 24 hours before departure, 50% of the fee will be charged.

6.Security and Insurance
Our vehicles are near to brand new (less than a year) et regularly maintained. A circulation licence is delivered by the Ministry of Transport and we have subscribed to an insurance which covers unlimited damage.

II LOYALTY SCHEME
Accumulate loyalty points !

Each reservation made on our site allows you to accumulate loyalty points. These points thus earned enable you to benefit from reductions for your next reservations.

1.How are loyalty points calculated ?
Loyalty points are granted in proportion to the amounts paid for your reservations. They consist in a percentage of the total amount of the reservations according to the chosen service pack:
- The Classic Pack : 5%
- The Business Pack : 7%
- The Embassy Pack : 10%
As shown in the examples below:
Mr X has taken advantage of the following services:
Classic Pack: €100 spent= 5 loyalty points
Business Pack: €250 spent= 17.5 loyalty points
Embassy Pack: €500 spent = 50 loyalty points
Which totals 5+17.5+50 = 72.5 loyalty points

These points are converted into euro-vouchers to be used for your next reservations:
100 loyalty points = €15 in vouchers

2.How to use loyalty points ?
As you make reservation on our sites, you have the option to identify yourself. Once this done, your points accumulated on your account may if you wish be used to reduce the amount charged on your reservation.

3.How visualise accumulated loyalty points ?
At any time you may have access to your account and to your balance of accumulated loyalty points by connecting to support clients.
